Cibils was a beef broth manufatured in France, Belgium & Boston MA
The American Druggist v.15-16 p.149 via Google had a brief report on this product in 1886 as per the exerpt below:

Cibil's Company of the U.S. was located in Boston, MA. As read in the Boston Medical and Surgical Magazine v.115 p.136 (per Google), the chief advance of Cibil's was that now you could enjoy the benefits of beef extract without cementing your jaws shut:

C.T. Wiskott is a German publisher that printed cards for Cibils in multiple languages.
According to the Providence Medical Journal, Wm. H. Hinds, Registered Pharmacist (see purple stamp above), conducted business at 97 Governor St., Providence RI, perhaps before moving to South Main.
