page 172 -- Ketterlinus Lithographic Manufacturing Company

So far, I have no information on the identity of the shoemaker or shop that sold these shoes.

At least two of these cards were printed by the Ketterlinus Lithographic Manufacturing Company on the northwest corner of 4th and Arch Streets, Philadelphia, PA, J.L. Ketterlinus, President (John Lewis Ketterlinus per The Library Company of Philadelphia Digital Collections). Established by Eugene Ketterlinus in 1842, this company also became famous for its lithographic pictures for calendar use.

The building housing Ketterlinus was notable for its construction technique. As reported in

Reinforced Concrete in Factory Construction. 5th Edition
