Lavine brand cleanser and washing soap--good for blowing bubbles, too!--was made by the Hartford Chemical Co., 30 Union Pl., Hartford CT.

In 2011, 30 Union Place was a parking lot as seen on Google Street View.
A Google Image search reveals Hartford Chemical issued a variety of trade cards for Lavine, many of which are available for sale:
